Serenity Society is a good fit for adults aged 55 and older who are seeking a stable, respectful, and structured shared living environment. Residents should be able to live independently, follow house guidelines, and contribute positively to a peaceful community setting.

Yes. We regularly work with case managers, social workers, and referral partners. Referrals are welcome, and all prospective residents go through the same pre-screening and intake process to ensure a good fit for everyone involved.

Our process begins with an inquiry or referral, followed by a brief pre-screening questionnaire. If there is initial alignment, we move forward with an in-person intake conversation and tour. Approved applicants then complete the application process prior to admission.

Yes. In-person tours are offered for qualified applicants as part of the intake process. Virtual tours may be available for informational purposes; however, all move-ins require an in-person meeting prior to approval.

Serenity Society accepts SSI, SSDI, private pay, and approved third-party payments. If you are unsure about payment options, this can be discussed during the intake conversation.
